Qualifikationen

• Experience growing and expanding strategic client accounts.
• Proven cross-selling and upselling track record.
• Ability to engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the Australian superannuation or Financial Services industry preferred.

Aufgaben

• Grow and expand existing accounts across the Concentrix portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on revenue growth.
• Build trusted relationships across client organisations, including C-suite and senior executives.
• Lead commercial conversations and work with internal solution, technology and delivery teams to shape and close opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Technology, Catalyst and Practice teams to deliver high-value solutions.
