Hyde & Seek Communications is hiring an Account Director to lead strategy and directly deliver results for one or two retained accounts. Initially on contract for about two days a week, with potential to move to a permanent full-time role.

You will shape client storytelling, manage expectations, and nurture relationships, with room to own and grow accounts while collaborating with the team as needed. Remote Australia-based, Melbourne preferred, Sydney welcome.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editorial judgement.
• Experience running client accounts from planning through delivery.
• Confidence managing expectations, protecting scope and spotting opportunities.
• Curiosity about unfamiliar subjects and the initiative to get across them.

Responsabilités

• Develop and own strategy for one or two retained accounts.
• Write, pitch, advise clients, run WIPs and reporting.
• Keep trackers current and ensure nothing slips.
• Take ownership of accounts with input and support from the agency when needed.
