You will manage relationships with committees and stakeholders, prepare notices and minutes, oversee budgets, ensure compliance with Victorian legislation, and provide professional client service.

Formación

• Experience in Owners Corporation or strata management.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain professional relationships.
• Sound judgement, initiative, and practical problem-solving.
• Understanding of Victorian Owners Corporation legislation, or willingness to develop that knowledge.
• Commitment to delivering reliable and professional client service.
• Salary range indicated as $90,000–$130,000 per annum, aligned with experience.

Responsabilidades

• Managing relationships with Owners Corporation committees and other stakeholders.
• Preparing meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and correspondence.
• Attending and advising at committee and general meetings.
• Overseeing budgets, financial reporting, and Owners Corporation expenditure.
• Providing guidance on legislative requirements, governance, and compliance.
• Liaising with building managers, contractors, and professional advisers.
• Managing enquiries and assisting with the resolution of disputes and other Owners Corporation matters.
