Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced Strata Manager for Sydney’s Lower North Shore to manage a 65-building portfolio with a dedicated assistant. Enjoy a 130K+ salary, super and Schedule B fees, plus two days work-from-home and a well-supported team in a friendly culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in strata management is essential.
• Hold a current Strata Licence or Class 2 Licence.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage a portfolio independently.
• Experience with Property IQ is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established, well-maintained portfolio with a dedicated assistant.
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting and levy matters.
• Coordinate AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractor coordination.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, committees and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with strata legislation.
