You will oversee meetings, provide expert guidance, and drive financial reporting and arrears management, contributing to a high-performing team culture with ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in strata/body corporate management is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of schemes with support from a strata assistant.
• Attend and facilitate body corporate meetings, including minute-taking.
• Build and maintain relationships with committees and stakeholders.

• Prepare and manage budgets.
• Review financial statements and oversee arrears.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of schemes with the support of a strata assistant
• Attending and facilitating body corporate meetings, including minute‑taking
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with committees and stakeholders
• Providing expert advice to clients
• Preparing and managing budgets
• Reviewing financial statements and overseeing arrears
• Resolving disputes in a professional and timely manner
