SSKB Body Corporate Management on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to lead a diverse portfolio in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, managing budgets, and acting as the key liaison with committees and stakeholders.

You will oversee meetings, provide expert guidance, and drive financial reporting and arrears management, contributing to a high-performing team culture with ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in strata/body corporate management is required.
• Strong organisational and time management skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Confidence in running meetings and producing accurate minutes.
• Solutions-focused approach with proven problem-solving ability.
• Financial acumen including budgeting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of schemes with support from a strata assistant.
• Attend and facilitate body corporate meetings, including minute-taking.
• Build and maintain relationships with committees and stakeholders.
• Provide expert advice to clients.
• Prepare and manage budgets.
• Review financial statements and oversee arrears.
• Resolve disputes professionally and promptly.
