Qualifications

• Experience in strata/body corporate management, real estate, or facilities management.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confidence in running meetings and producing accurate minutes.
• Solutions-focused approach with proven problem-solving ability.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, financial reporting, and arrears management.
• Professional, client-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of schemes with the support of a strata assistant
• Attending and facilitating body corporate meetings, including minute-taking
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with committees and stakeholders

The Role

As a Strata Manager, you’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio, working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives on problem‑solving, balancing priorities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
