Job summary

Marsh Risk in Sydney is seeking an experienced insurance professional and people leader to join our Strata team. This hybrid leadership role will guide a team of 4 Senior/Account Executives and oversee key client relationships.

You will role-model mentorship, drive strategic growth, and advance technical insurance knowledge across Public Liability, Fidelity, Building Damage, and D&O. Join Marsh Risk for impact and career development.

Qualifications

Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance Accreditation (ANZIIF or Equivalent).
Prior broking or underwriting experience within Strata or Property insurance.
Strong knowledge of General & Financial Lines products.
Genuine interest in mentoring junior brokers.
Ability to balance operational leadership with client oversight.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain constant connectivity with key Strata clients.
Manage workflow approvals, development plans and technical oversight.
Provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to the team.
Roll out claims and strata training to Strata Managers and respond to their technical insurance questions.
Continue to grow the book of business.
Maintain strong technical insurance knowledge across Public Liability, Fidelity Guarantee (Crime Coverage), Building Damage, and Office Bearers (Directors & Officers) Liability.
