• Assess, prioritise and investigate stormwater and flooding enquiries, delivering practical solutions and exceptional customer service to the community.
• Manage the delivery of minor stormwater renewal, maintenance and improvement projects from investigation through to completion.
• Provide timely and reliable technical advice on stormwater and flood-related matters to support Council, residents and other stakeholders.
