Cessnock City Council is seeking an experienced Stormwater Engineer to shape stormwater and flood management for the Cessnock LGA. You will advise across planning, project delivery and infrastructure management, supporting major projects with technical input and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
The role requires a Civil or Environmental Engineering degree with extensive experience, strong project management, and a track record in environmental infrastructure strategies.

We’re looking for an experienced Stormwater Engineer to bring their technical expertise to a varied role spanning floodplain management, stormwater drainage, infrastructure asset management and Capital Works. You’ll work across planning, project delivery and infrastructure management, providing technical advice and supporting special projects across the LGA.

$103,063 - $118,523 per annum plus superannuation, a leaseback vehicle and 3.5% Civil Liability Allowance.
