Job summary

Costa Group's Monarto mushroom facility in South Australia is seeking a proactive Stores Coordinator to join the Engineering & Reliability team, reporting to the E&R Site Leader. This on-site role supports 24/7 operations with a focus on establishing and maintaining an efficient stores function.

You will design and implement stores layout, manage inventory of parts and spares, support procurement, train team members, and drive continuous improvement in inventory and store operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in stores, inventory, or warehouse coordination.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience with inventory/CMMS systems (MEX desirable).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a new stores layout and stock management system.
• Manage inventory of parts, tools, and critical spares.
• Support procurement, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Train team members on stores processes and systems.
