Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions in Emerald is seeking a Storeperson/Truck Driver to support our Central Highlands customers and our local farming community. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will help manage goods receivable, dispatch and inventory while delivering friendly, reliable service.

This hands-on role requires a forklift ticket and an HR licence, a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to safety. You’ll load and unload trucks, pick, pack and deliver orders on time, maintain a clean

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar warehousing/trucking role is preferred.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Basic understanding of load restraint requirements.
• Basic knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR).
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong verbal communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and manage dispatch and receivals.
• Ensure all orders are picked, packed and delivered on time to meet customer requirements.
• Manage inventory, goods receipting, dispatch and associated paperwork.
• Maintain a safe, clean and professionally presented warehouse.
• Conduct pre-start vehicle and equipment inspections.
• Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations and safe transport practices.
• Identify and report hazards, incidents and near misses.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our Emerald team as aStoreperson/Truck Driver, supporting our customers across the Central Highlands region.

What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring goods receivable, deliveries and inventory are managed safely, efficiently and on time, while providing a high level of service to our customers.This is a varied and hands‑on role, with responsibilities including:

• Loading and unloading trucks, and managing dispatch and receivals
• Ensuring all orders are picked, packed and delivered in a timely manner to meet customer requirements
• Managing inventory, goods receipting, dispatch and associated paperwork
• Maintaining a safe, clean and professionally presented warehouse
• Safely loading, securing and restraining loads in accordance with transport and company requirements
• Conducting pre‑start vehicle and equipment inspections
• Ensuring compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations and safe transport practices
• Identifying and reporting hazards, incidents and near misses
• Maintaining strong safety practices and contributing to a positive safety culture across all tasks and activities

• Forklift ticket and HR licence are required
