Job summary

Bingo Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Queensland team. You will professionally handle voice and digital enquiries, providing a superior service experience while converting queries into sales.

You will build strong customer relationships, adhere to policies, and work rosters to be available when required. A KPI-driven, safety-focused culture supports training and progression within Bingo.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a phone or face to face customer service roles.
• Demonstrate ability to grasp concepts and systems quickly.
• Passionate about helping customers and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities
