Job summary

Lagardère AWPL at Sydney Airport is seeking a Store-Person to join as a casual team member. Responsibilities include supporting back-of-house stock operations, receiving and distributing stock, and maintaining accurate stock levels.

The role requires flexibility for early shifts and 7-day operation at the airport. Applicants should have prior warehouse or logistics experience, strong communication, and physical fitness to lift and move stock safely.

The Role:

We are on the lookout for a driven and organised Store-Personto step into a Casualposition at Sydney Airport.

*Early shifts can be from 5:30AM-6:00AM. Operate 7 days a week.

What You’ll Do:

• Help the back-of-house stock management operations
• Receive, sort, and distribute stock across multiple stores
• Ensure stock levels are accurate and replenishment is timely
• Communicate effectively with store teams and suppliers
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and stock handling procedures
• Motivate and support a small team, setting a great example

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, stock, or logistics role
• Great communication and problem-solving abilities
• Physically fit and able to lift, move and manage stock safelys
• Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
• Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
