LagardèreAWPL is hiring casual Retail Assistants for Brisbane Airport. Join a dynamic team delivering friendly customer service, helping shoppers with a range of travel essentials, snacks, and drinks. You will be part of a fast-paced environment and play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience.

The Role:

We’re looking for Casual Retail Assistants to join our team at Brisbane Airport. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
• Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
• Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
• Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
• Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for customer service & sales
• Confident communicator with a positive attitude
• Well-groomed & professionally presented
• Retail experience? Great! But not essential—we’ll train you!
• Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)

Availability and Schedule:

• Availability for shifts 3-4 days per week prioritised
• Store operates from 7:00AM to last flight can be up to 1:00AM next day
• Around 20-25 hours per week on offer!
• Great people skills to create unforgettable customer experiences!
