Job summary

LagardèreAWPL is seeking a proactive Team Leader to join our Hobart Airport operations on a full-time basis. You will lead a friendly team, deliver memorable customer experiences, and drive service and sales targets in a dynamic retail environment.

Shifts start early (5AM–1PM) with Monday+Tuesday requirements and flexibility for other days. This role offers opportunities for growth within our large travel retail network across Australia and New Zealand.

The Role:

Relay is your easy stop for your travel essentials on the go. With a wide range of drinks, snacks, and everyday must haves, plus friendly staff to help you out, it's convenience made simple - just what you need, right when you need it.

We’re looking for a committed and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our retail family at Hobart Airport in a Full-Time capacity. If you love connecting with people, creating memorable customer experiences, and inspiring others – this is your moment.

Available for morning shifts starting at 5AM-1PM (Monday+Tuesday required but other days are flexible)

What You’ll Do:

• Ability to stay organised, focused, and cool under pressure
• A respectful and team-oriented attitude
• Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
• Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
