Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Customer Service Assistants under the Store Manager.
• Drive store goals, sales, and KPIs while on duty.
• Oversee payroll, cash handling, and SOP compliance.
• Assist with stock management, merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Support opening/closing procedures and training initiatives.
