Job summary

Ten Tops is a discount retail chain in NSW seeking a full-time Front End Operations Lead to drive customer service excellence, manage cash handling, and supervise store staff. The role focuses on delivering fast, friendly checkout service, maintaining clean and organized stock rooms, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and store procedures.

You will work with the Store Manager to meet sales targets, train assistants, and coordinate merchandising and stock receiving.

Responsibilities

Ensure customer service assistants are making personal contact with customers.
Lead Front End Operations and achieve store goals as provided by the Operations Manager.
Train staff on our Customer Service values.
Ensure each customer has fast, friendly checkout service.
Maintain store cleanliness, recovery, and readiness for customers at all times.
Oversee opening and closing store procedures.
Assist with Front End Operations and supervise all team members.
Support payroll processes and ensure payroll stays within budget.
Drive store sales and control expenses.
