Ten Tops in Australia is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the store team and drive excellence in customer service, merchandising and operations. You will model leadership, oversee daily store execution, payroll planning and compliance with brand standards while delivering strong sales performance.

As the Manager on Duty and head of the store team, you will coach staff, manage rosters, ensure safety, and maintain profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Solid numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Operational Execution and Total Store Follow Up.
• Drives customer experience and sales goals.
• Continually recruits, hires, trains and retains assistants; identifies internal staff talent and provides career development.
• Manage execution of store standards in line with Brand Standards.
• Drive profitability focusing on total store sales and expense control.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and daily paperwork are followed.
• Ensure SOP compliance across the team.
• Coach staff with HR on performance and relations.
• Plan and approve staff rosters; manage payroll budgets.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for staff and customers.
• Oversee stock receiving and stocking procedures; ensure data integrity and inventories.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager on store issues and customer engagement.
