Whilst previous workshop experience is preferred, we’re also keen to hear from individuals with a great attitude and a strong willingness to learn.**Key Responsibilities*** Provide daily administrative and operational support to the workshop team, including assisting the Workshop Coordinator with asset coordination.* Raise purchase orders and receipt incoming goods in accordance with company processes.* Support effective stock control, including parts ordering, inventory management and regular stocktakes.* Load and unload deliveries and safely handle materials, parts and equipment.* Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented workshop, stores and work areas.* Provide practical assistance to tradespersons to support efficient workshop operations.* Assist with general workshop duties and other tasks as required to support the teamWe are seeking a self-starter with previous experience in mechanical workshops, transport, or logistics (highly regarded). You will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills together with intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
