Fulton Hogan Ltd in Minto, NSW is seeking a Transport Compliance Coordinator to promote safe, compliant and efficient transport operations. You will work closely with operational teams, drivers and subcontractors to ensure all legislative and company compliance requirements are met.

The role focuses on audits, site inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives, with emphasis on corrective actions and creating a positive safety culture across fleet operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of NHVR requirements, HVNL, CoR, fatigue management, and transport compliance obligations.
• Experience conducting compliance audits, site inspections, investigations, and risk assessments.
• Monitor and maintain compliance records, including driver licences, work diaries, inductions, competencies, permits, and vehicle documentation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with drivers, subcontractors, supervisors, and operational teams.
• Experience investigating compliance incidents, breaches, non-conformances, and implementing corrective actions.
• Ability to deliver coaching, training, and guidance on transport compliance requirements and best practices.
• Strong reporting and administrative skills, including preparing audit reports, compliance documentation, and recommendations for operational leaders.
• A proactive approach to safety, continuous improvement, and fostering a positive compliance culture across fleet and transport operations.
• Dangerous Goods experience is advantageous; however, training can be provided.

• Deliver coaching, training and guidance on transport compliance requirements and best practices.
• Prepare audit reports, compliance documentation and recommendations for operational leadership.
