Williams-Sonoma in Bondi Junction, Sydney, is seeking a Store Operations Manager for a Monday–Friday schedule. You will oversee stockroom operations, ensure merchandise availability, and uphold WHS standards while driving productivity and achieving company goals through effective inventory management.

The role focuses on logistics, stock control, back-of-house operations, and delivering exceptional customer service, underpinned by strong leadership and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience, preferably in specialty retail.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate store deliveries and merchandise flow from stockroom to sales floor.
• Organise stockroom departments, maintain inventory records, and process transfers/returns.
• Maintain open/close standards for back-of-house areas.
• Provide exemplary service to internal and external customers.
• Drive associate productivity in line with company standards.
• Ensure daily compliance with WHS regulations.

We are looking for a dynamic Store Operations Manager to join our team in Bondi Junction. This is a Monday to Friday opportunity which involves overseeing stockroom operations, ensuring merchandise availability, and upholding WHS standards. What You Will Be Doing:

• Logistics Management: Plan and coordinate store deliveries while directing merchandise flow from the stockroom to the sales floor
• Inventory Control: Organize stockroom departments, maintain inventory records, and process paperwork like transfers and returns
• Back of House Operations: Maintain open and closing standards for Back of House (BOH) areas
• Customer Service: Provide exemplary service to both internal and external customers
• Productivity: Drive daily associate processing productivity in line with company standards
• Safety Compliance: Ensure daily compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations

What You Will Bring to the Role:

• 2-3 years of management experience, preferably in specialty retail
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to be mobile in the store and back-of-house areas, including standing for long periods
• Ability to climb ladders and use other equipment in line with safety standards
• Ability to lift and mobilise medium to large items, up to 30kg, while utilising appropriate equipment and safety techniques
