Job summary

Williams-Sonoma Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking a Store Operations Manager for Bondi Junction to oversee stockroom operations, ensure merchandise availability, and uphold WHS standards in a Monday–Friday role.

You will drive productivity, coordinate store deliveries, manage inventory records, and support back-of-house processes while delivering exemplary customer service to internal and external customers. This role requires 2–3 years of management experience in specialty retail, strong leadership

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience, preferably in specialty retail
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Logistics Management: Plan and coordinate store deliveries while directing merchandise flow from the stockroom to the sales floor
• Inventory Control: Organize stockroom departments, maintain inventory records, and process paperwork like transfers and returns
• Back of House Operations: Maintain open and closing standards for Back of House (BOH) areas
• Customer Service: Provide exemplary service to both internal and external customers
• Productivity: Drive daily associate processing productivity in line with company standards
• Safety Compliance: Ensure daily compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations
