Anaconda is seeking a proactive Operations Administrator to support seamless store operations, ticketing, promotions, openings and relocations from our South Melbourne base.

You will coordinate communications with stores, manage promotional ticketing details, liaise with buyers and suppliers, and help improve processes for efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a retail or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to accuracy with promos and deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented with process improvement mindset.
• Able to work autonomously while contributing to a team.
• Strong relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels.
• MS Office proficiency: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate clear, timely communications to stores about processes, promotions and priorities.
• Own promotional ticketing details including pricing, expiry dates, sizes and quantities.
• Implement consistent ticketing processes with Buying Assistants and relevant teams.
• Collate ticket projections in Excel and communicate requirements and deadlines to stores.
• Coordinate ordering and inventory of ticketing and VM stationery with suppliers.
• Provide administrative support for new store openings and relocations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Attend weekly Marketing and new store meetings and relay store needs.
• Provide ad hoc operational administration support.
