Job summary

Anaconda is seeking a proactive Operations Administrator in Victoria to support store operations, ticketing accuracy, and new store openings. You will coordinate communications, manage ticketing processes, and work with Buyers and suppliers to ensure smooth store readiness.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail, strong communication, accuracy, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Victoria-based candidates are preferred with full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clear, accurate and timely communications to stores about processes, upcoming promotions and priorities.
• Ensure promotional ticketing is consistent, customer-focused and accurate, including pricing and expiry dates.
• Collaborate with Buying Assistants to implement consistent ticketing processes and support compliance with the Promotional Ticketing Guide.
• Collate ticket projections in Excel and communicate requirements and deadlines to stores within agreed timeframes.
• Coordinate ordering and inventory of ticketing and Visual Merchandising stationery with external suppliers.
• Provide administrative support for new store openings and relocations with internal teams and suppliers.
• Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Attend weekly Marketing and new store meetings and capture actions and follow up with stakeholders.
• Assist with ad hoc operational administration, including communications and data collation.
