Job summary

Anaconda Group Pty Ltd in Victoria is seeking a proactive Operations Administrator to help keep store operations seamless, manage promotional ticketing accuracy, and support new store openings and relocations.

You will coordinate timely communications to stores, drive consistent ticketing practices with the Buying team, manage ticket projections in Excel, and look for practical process improvements that save time and costs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a similar retail operations role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Commitment to accuracy with promotional data.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive, goal-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Able to work autonomously within a collaborative team.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clear, accurate communications to stores about processes, promotions and priorities.
• Oversee promotional ticketing: pricing, offers, expiry dates, sizes and formats.
• Develop consistent ticketing processes with Buying Assistants and teams.
• Collate ticket projections in Excel and communicate requirements to stores.
• Coordinate ordering and inventory of ticketing and VM stationery with suppliers.
• Support new store openings and relocations with internal teams and suppliers.
• Identify cost-saving process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Attend weekly meetings and capture actions for follow-up.
• Assist with ad hoc operational administration tasks.
