Sydney Tools is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead our Sunshine Coast store, driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence. You will lead from the front in a fast-paced trade sales environment, focusing on delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets.

The role is hands-on and requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering results in retail or trade environments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, trade sales, or a similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Commercially minded with a focus on achieving results.
• Organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Experience within tools, hardware, industrial, automotive, or trade-related industries is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
