Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy trade and industrial store in South Brisbane. You will drive sales, oversee day-to-day operations and mentor a high-performing team in a well-established market-leading business.

• Drive individual and store sales targets, KPIs and profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with trade and industrial customers.

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven Store Manager to lead a trade and industrial supply operation in the South Brisbane area.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established, market-leading business with a strong customer base across the trade and industrial sectors. You will take ownership of store performance, lead from the front and build a team focused on sales growth, operational excellence and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Relationships

About You

You are a hands-on leader who understands that successful store management requires a combination of sales capability, operational discipline and strong people leadership.

You will ideally bring:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or 2IC.
• Experience in trade, industrial supply, hardware, automotive, tools or a similar retail environment.
• A proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence interpreting sales data.
• The ability to coach, develop and hold team members accountable.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and operational improvement.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends where required.
