Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end store operations with a Customer First mindset.
• Drive sales performance, KPIs, and commercial results.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Manage rosters, payroll accuracy and performance management.
• Set the benchmark for customer experience, VM and store presentation.
• Control stock accuracy, loss prevention and inventory.
• Execute promotions, campaigns and in-store initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and financial procedures.
• Liaise with centre management and external partners.
• Act as a hands-on Brand Ambassador on the shop floor.
