It will be your responsibility to implement business processes that ensure the supermarket team delivers optimum customer relationships and sustainable financial returns.

Some of your specific responsibilities will include:

• Providing leadership to all store staff, and ensuring a cultural environment where people are motivated to achieve their goals;
• Attracting, retaining, developing, and promoting the best people for all roles;

To succeed in this role, you will have an extensive background as Store Manager or Assistant Manager within the supermarket or retail industry.
