Job summary

Supercheap Auto Bondi Junction is seeking a Store Manager or high-performing Assistant Store Manager ready to advance. You will lead a 15-strong team, drive sales, ensure seamless operations, and foster a positive, engaging atmosphere.

Automotive knowledge is a bonus; a second language is valued. You’ll benefit from a supportive culture, weekly pay, and strong career progression within a large Australian retailer network.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Willingness to learn all aspects of automotive retail and support store excellence.
• Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention and performance reporting.
• Commitment to safety and WHS compliance in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities
