Supercheap Auto Bondi Junction is seeking a Store Manager or senior Assistant Store Manager ready to step up, leading a diverse team of around 15. The role focuses on safety, engagement, coaching and development to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a high-energy automotive retail environment.

As the Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Retail management experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team.
• Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, you bring the Super, we’ll deliver the Auto.
• Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
• Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.
