Job summary

Supercheap Auto Bondi Junction is seeking an experienced Store Manager or high-performing Assistant Store Manager ready to take the next step. You will lead a diverse team of 15, champion a safety-first culture, and drive engagement through coaching and development while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Retail management expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for automotive retail are highly valued, with a focus on operational excellence, safety compliance, and team success.

As the Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team.
