Job summary

Supercheap Auto Nerang, part of Super Retail Group, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead from the front, inspire a team, and drive sales in a busy store with strong foot traffic.

You’ll support the Store Manager, mentor a team of 18+ colleagues, and enjoy a fast-paced retail environment with great earning potential and weekly pay. This is a development path for a driven supervisor ready to step up.

Qualifications

• Management or leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team.
• Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, you bring the Super, we'll deliver the Auto.
