Job summary

Spotlight Pty Ltd in Brisbane's southern suburbs is seeking an experienced Senior Store Manager to lead a Big Box operation from early 2027. Base salary plus super, quarterly profit share and staff discount program are on offer as part of a senior leadership package.

You will coordinate the full employee life cycle, build a high-performing team, drive sales growth, launch campaigns and maintain visual standards across a high-volume, fast-paced store.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising and activity setup.
• Able to work large volumes of stock and set the pace.
• Owner's mindset for your store.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• First Aid certification or willingness to be trained (fully funded).

With 2027 fast approaching, Spotlight is looking to build our Senior Leadership team with an experienced Big Box Store Manager to join our business in Brisbane's Southern Suburbs.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Store Manager in Spotlight, you'll be responsible for:

• Coordinate the full employee life cycle

• Visual Merchandising and building store standards
• Daily recovery & replenishment of stock

• Visual merchandising and activity set-up experience
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and set the pace
• Having an owner's mindset for your store
• A passionate attitude that inspires your Team
• A resilient & innovative problem solver
• Ability to review and action reporting (sales, top sellers, P&L, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• IT competency
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
