Spotlight Pty Ltd is seeking a Store Manager for the Queensland Metro region. You will lead a high-volume retail team, drive sales growth, manage inventory and execute catalogue campaigns to uphold store standards and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume retail store.
• Strong visual merchandising and stock replenishment capabilities.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver KPI targets.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded).

• Ability to review and action reporting (sales, top sellers, P&L, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• IT competency
