Universal Store is seeking a passionate, creative, and driven Store Manager to lead a busy retail store in Australia. The role focuses on building a strong store culture, delivering standout customer experiences, and developing high-performing teams in youth fashion.

The successful candidate will oversee a Tuesday–Saturday roster, including late-night trade and weekends, driving profitability while maintaining high presentation standards and staff engagement.

• Recruit, train, and support team members through clear, honest, and constructive feedback.
