Job summary

Spotlight in Sydney is seeking a Store Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team across our Spotlight, Anaconda and Harris Scarfe brands. You will coordinate the full employee lifecycle, recruit and train staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while driving sales and meeting KPI targets.

You will oversee visual merchandising, catalogue campaigns, stock replenishment and stock integrity initiatives to maximise department profitability, with a hands-on approach and a focus on

Qualifications

• Time management and multi-tasking ability.
• Visual merchandising and activity set-up experience.
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock and pace.
• Owner's mindset for your store.
• Passionate attitude that inspires your Team.
• Resilient and innovative problem solver.
• Ability to review and action reporting (sales, top sellers, P&L, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT competency.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded).
