Job summary

Spotlight is seeking an experienced retail store manager to lead operations across our Sydney team. You’ll drive sales, customer service excellence and stock control while upholding Spotlight’s values.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, manage visual merchandising, KPI targets, and transform campaigns into in-store results. This role offers a competitive package with weekend time off and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong retail store management experience preferred
• Time management & multi-tasking ability
• Visual merchandising and activity set-up experience
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock
• Having an owner's mindset for your store
• A passionate attitude that inspires your Team
• A resilient & innovative problem solver
• Ability to review and action reporting (sales, top sellers, P&L, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• IT competency
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
