Lowes Petroleum Service is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a 6-day-per-week service station with pre-packaged food and coffee offerings. You will optimize convenience sales, uphold store standards, and drive merchandising excellence.

We value hands-on, commercially minded leaders who can coach teams, manage costs and ensure safe forecourt and shop operations. Accommodation sponsorship is not provided.

About The Role

We're seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a focused retail service station with a pre-packaged food and convenient coffee offer. This role is about retail performance and execution - growing convenience sales, maintaining strong in-store standards, and merchandising the store to maximise impulse purchases and customer flow. You'll be hands-on, commercially minded, and focused on running a tight operation that delivers consistent results across 6-day trading.
