Australian Red Cross in Darwin is seeking a Senior State Manager - Programs to lead strategic and operational management of state-wide programs. You will supervise a dispersed workforce of staff and volunteers and broker collaborations across local, regional, and government partners.

The Senior (State) Manager - Programs is responsible for the strategic and operational management of a portfolio of state/territory-wide programs. Areas of support include the participation and inclusion of migrants in transition; individual and community emergency resilience, preparedness and recovery; and the delivery of strategically aligned community programs.
You will lead a geographically dispersed workforce of staff and volunteers and be responsible for brokering local, regional, and state/territory sector, community and government collaborations and partnerships.
