Job summary

The Brand, an established Australian fashion retailer, is seeking a Store Manager to own the Macquarie Centre boutique. Lead people, performance and client experience with the backing of a broader retail team, driving growth through styling, clienteling and loyalty.

You will coach on the floor, develop your team, manage stock and operations, and collaborate with area and state leadership on wider initiatives. Join a brand that values people and customers, with strong internal progression.

The Skillset

You’ll ideally bring previous Store Management experience within fashion retail, strong commercial awareness and confidence leading a team towards ambitious targets. You’ll be equally comfortable coaching on the floor, styling a client, reviewing your KPIs or developing your next future leader.
