Part of Time, a growing women’s fashion retailer in Sydney CBD, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the team, drive store performance and oversee day-to-day operations. The role blends hands-on floor leadership with planned administration and stock control.

You will oversee rosters, staff performance, recruitment and reporting, while maintaining exceptional customer service and store presentation. Flexible scheduling is available as operations permit.

Part of Time is a growing women’s fashion retailer based in Sydney CBD, offering contemporary inspired fashion and accessories.

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our team, drive store performance and support the wider day to day operations of the business.

This role offers a balance between hands on store leadership and dedicated time away from the floor for administration, planning and business operations.

About the role

As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the overall performance and operation of the store. Part of your week will be spent leading the team on the floor, supporting customers and driving sales. You will also have allocated administration time to manage rosters, staff performance, stock, reporting, recruitment and general retail operations. This role suits someone who enjoys both the customer facing side of fashion retail and the organisational side of running a store.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Work on the shop floor during key trading hours and support the team with sales
• Coach staff on customer service, styling and selling techniques
• Monitor individual and team sales performance and KPIs
• Maintain a high standard of customer experience and store presentation
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, average transaction value and overall sales
• Recruit, interview and onboard new team members when required
• Provide ongoing staff training, feedback and performance reviews
• Help create a positive, accountable and sales-focused team culture
• Coordinate staffing levels around peak trading periods

About you

• A strong communicator who can work closely with both staff and management
• Experienced in fashion retail or a similar customer-focused environment
• Experienced in managing or supervising a retail team
• Strong in sales and comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
• Organised and confident with administration and reporting
• Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Commercially minded and focused on improving store performance
• Passionate about fashion, styling and current trends
