Job summary

Forever New Macquarie is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a vibrant fashion team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will mentor staff, manage rosters, and ensure on-brand visual merchandising while embracing the Forever New values.

You will collaborate across departments, participate in seasonal training, and contribute to a welcoming store culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail store.
• Proven ability to hit sales and wage targets.
• Passion for coaching and developing people.
• Exposure to performance management processes.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising standards.
