Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a store leader to coordinate the full employee lifecycle, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and drive sales while upholding store standards.

You will launch catalogue campaigns, manage daily stock replenishment, and ensure stock integrity across the department. The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and KPI achievement.

• Ability to review and action reporting (sales, top sellers, P&L, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• IT competency
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded)
