Spotlight Ltd is seeking a capable retail leader to support store operations and drive department performance in a high-volume environment. You will manage stock, lead a team, and ensure exceptional customer service while delivering on KPI targets.

The ideal candidate brings strong retail leadership and visual merchandising experience, is physically capable of handling large stock volumes, and possesses an owner’s mindset for the department.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Monitor daily stock recovery in your department.
• Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets.
• Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Lead by example in all areas.
• Manage high stock volumes.
• Execute department Visual Merchandising and standards.
• Launch and plan catalogue campaigns.
• Drive stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit.

• Monitor daily stock recovery in your department
• Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets
