Job summary

Miller Leith seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead our Brisbane boutique, shaping the luxury client experience and driving commercial success. You will inspire a high‑performing team and cultivate VIP relationships while maintaining premium service standards.

Reporting to senior retail leadership, you will implement boutique initiatives, monitor performance, and coach the team. Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are highly valued to engage our international client base.

As part of an exciting period of expansion, this respected luxury retailer is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Brisbane boutique and play a key role in driving commercial success and customer engagement.

The Role

Reporting to senior retail leadership, you will be responsible for driving boutique performance, elevating the client experience, and leading a passionate team to achieve exceptional results. You will play a pivotal role in developing a culture of luxury service, fostering VIP client relationships, and ensuring the boutique consistently delivers operational excellence.

You will have a demonstrated track record of leading teams, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are highly preferred, enabling you to deliver a highly personalised experience to a diverse and international customer base.
