Job summary

Essilorluxottica is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy retail team on a Tuesday–Saturday roster, including late-night trade and weekends. You will drive sales, coach a diverse team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences while maintaining visual standards and brand integrity.

You will manage rostering, budgets and performance, recruit and develop staff, and role-model the company values.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership with hands-on experience on shop floor and stockroom.
• Proven Store Manager, leading medium to large teams.
• Warm, energetic communicator who leads with positivity and purpose.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Salary & Benefits

Salary of $70,000–$73,000 + Super.

Monthly performance‑based bonus opportunities, subject to store targets and KPIs.

50% staff discount.
