You will coach a team, uphold brand standards and present products to reflect Florsheim's heritage.

This role rewards commercial impact, leadership on the shop floor and ownership of store performance. Previous footwear or fashion experience is preferred; however, strong people leadership and KPI focus are key.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a retail team and driving commercial performance.
• Hands-on leadership on the shop floor with coaching and development focus.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and ability to turn data into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall store performance including sales, customer experience and presentation standards.
• Coach, develop and motivate the store team to achieve targets.
• Represent the brand and ensure adherence to premium heritage standards.
