Job summary

Ten Tops is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team at our Gregory Hills location. You will be responsible for overall store performance, customer experience, merchandising and ensuring high standards across operations and compliance.

You will also own rostering, payroll, cash management and inventory, while setting a positive tone for the team and delivering strong results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail leadership – 3+ years with track record of leading teams and delivering results.
• Commercial mindset with ability to analyse performance, identify opportunities and drive sales.
• Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
• Calm & adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Systems & process focused – comfortable with SOPs and merchandising layouts.
• Hands-on & physically active – able to be on feet and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team – recruit, train, develop and retain high-performing staff.
• Drive sales & customer experience – deliver exceptional service and achieve store KPIs.
• Own store performance & profitability – manage sales, expenses and profitability.
• Manage daily store operations – ensure smooth execution of policies and SOPs.
• Maintain brand standards – reflect company standards in store and environment.
• Manage rostering & payroll – plan rosters and oversee payroll budgets.
• Lead compliance & cash management – cash handling and documentation.
• Manage stock & inventory – oversee receiving, replenishment and stock accuracy.
• Coach & hold the team accountable – provide feedback and performance management.
• Maintain a safe, clean & organized store – ensure safe operations and cleanliness.
